In case of family events occurred to the staffs and employees, 'family event day' and 'family event leave' are provided. The ranges of the support are vary including wedding(self, children), the 60th birthday(parents of self and spouse), death(self, parents of self and spouse, brother and sisters, grand parents), birth and etc. with different applications of 'family event pay' and 'family event leave' per the case
To minimize the staff and employees' children's educational expense burden for better education opportunity, the children's educational expense is supported.
▶ Monthly 100 Thousand Won Educational Free Support for Preschoolers.(Total 1 year)
▶ Complete Support for Educational Expense of Staffs and Employees' Children in Domestic Middle or High Schools.
▶ Complete Support for Educational Expense of Staffs and Employees' Children in Domestic Colleges.
※ For the colleges in overseas, the supports are paid with the standard educational expense of domestic private 4-year col leges.
For long-term employed persons, according to years of service, are provided special leave with reward money and hotel vouchers for stays and meals. And, for retiring persons, traveling tickets for couples are provided.
